Return Policy
Exchanges
Please contact us to initiate your exchange.
To expedite the exchange process we simply ask that you place a new order for the correct item(s) before returning your original item(s).
Returns
Unused merchandise purchased directly from Chassis Shop Performance Products, Inc. may be returned in original packaging with a copy of the invoice or packing slip. Please state your reason for return on invoice or packing slip.
It must be unused and in excellent condition. Any product not returned in original condition will not be eligible for a refund.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not refund shipping costs for returned items, unless there was an error on our part.
All products eligible for return are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless an offsetting order is placed.
Special order and custom built products are not eligible for return.
Damage or Loss
Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery and have driver record any damage or loss. All damage or loss claims must be made directly to the carrier within two business days. Save all packaging for carrier inspection.
Shortages or Overages
Please report any incorrect, missing or extra items to us within two business days of receipt of the order.
Limited Warranty
At our discretion we will repair or replace any product found to be defective due to materials or workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Please contact us to initiate a warranty claim.
