We offer custom bending of our 4130 chromoly tubing.
Our minimum basic single bend cost is $50.00 per bend plus material.
Complex pieces requiring additional layout time will be charged accordingly.

How degrees of bends are defined:
The degree of a bend may be measured with either a protractor or an angle finder.
Radius and Leg Lengths Defined:
The bend radius is measured on the "center line" of the tube. Tube radius bend result is determined by the combination of the capability of available tooling, and material being formed. The leg length is the straight portion, starting from the tangent point (where the bend starts).
