Pro-Werks roller bearing steering U-joints and weld-on splined couplers are precision machined in the USA from alloy steel and 4130N chromoly. Every splined component is broached to the correct profile and 100% test-fit inspected — guaranteed to fit their intended purpose.

 

Roller Bearing Steering U-Joints — Zero Backlash, 32° Max Angle

Precision machined alloy steel bodies fitted with caged needle bearings and a slight pre-load for zero backlash. Enhanced sensitivity at the steering wheel — even the smallest steering input is more effective. Pre-greased and sealed with hi-temp O-rings for longevity in severe conditions. Capable of 32° operating angle — recommended not to exceed 20° for smoothest result. Made in USA

Note: The Stiletto 5/8-36 spline has a unique pressure angle proprietary to Stiletto Steering. It will not fit OEM 5/8-36 splined components or aftermarket attempts to replicate it. Trust genuine Pro-Werks — splined ends are broached to the correct original manufacturer specifications. Made in USA

 

Weld-On Splined Couplers — For Stiletto Rack & Pinion

When a U-joint is not desired or build constraints require a direct connection, Pro-Werks weld-on splined couplers provide a proper, secure connection between your steering shaft and Stiletto rack & pinion. Available in Split-Bolt, Dual-Lock, and Straight styles. Made in USA

  • Split-Bolt — positive clamping on splines plus bolt through the retaining groove of the pinion for added security
  • Dual-Lock — two set screws with locking nuts offset 90° from each other, eliminating lost motion; screws locate in the external retaining groove to prevent spline deformation
  • Straight — no built-in retention; installer incorporates their own locking method for the specific application
