Each plate is built to meet or exceed OEM specs for proper alignment and ease of installation.
All Pro-Werks motor plates are precision CNC machined from premium 6061-T6 aluminum to exact tolerances — superior to die stamping, laser, or water jet cutting methods. Proper engine alignment can only be achieved with accurate locating of the engine to the drivetrain. This is an area that should not be compromised.

Mid Motor Plates — Chevy, Ford, Mopar & Universal
Pro-Werks mid motor plates provide increased chassis strength and allow for easy engine installation and removal. Available for a wide range of engine types, or universal without a bolt pattern. Multiple thicknesses and sizes available with plenty of material for mounting and finish trimming.

Specialty Adapter Plate — Chevy Powerglide / T350 / T400 to VW Air-Cooled
This Pro-Werks aluminum adapter plate adapts Chevy Powerglide, Turbo 350, or Turbo 400 transmissions (or a Chevy bolt pattern clutch-type bell housing) to a VW 4-cylinder air-cooled engine. Includes transmission locator dowel pins for accurate alignment. Note: this is a complex adaptation — additional experienced machinist skills are required by the installer for adapting the flex-plate or flywheel to the crankshaft and configuring a suitable starter arrangement.

Floating Saddle Mounts & Stainless T-Bolt Band Clamps
TIG welded 4130N chromoly floating saddle mounts, black oxide finished, with safety nub retention. Paired with positive-gripping stainless T-bolt band clamps. Two clamps recommended per mount. Common applications: motor plates, add-on brackets, radiator mounting.
