This stylish assembly is designed to fit the Pro-werks Butterfly Steering wheel and is precision CNC machined of billet aluminum. Consistent with all Pro-werks products, the machining and finishes are exceptional. This is a machined billet masterpiece with no rough corn cob surfaces.
The button mount may be outfitted with switches, buttons, control valves and indicator lights. If you are using the popular Biondo Double-O button switch, you'll be pleased that we've designed this assembly to hide the bulky switch portion out of sight.
Button holes are positioned in optimal locations for driver accessibility and lightening fast reaction speed. The face plate edge has a full radius to eliminate sharp corners that could injure hands; a safety design feature carried over from with the Pro-werks Butterfly Steering Wheel.
Available with 5/8" diameter holes, or no holes the Top and Face Plate, enabling you to outfit as needed for your vehicle. Both the face plate and the top have adequate surface area for logos, labeling of functions or custom painted details if desired.
In a true "fighter jet" fashion, we've exercised extensive weight reduction on the back of the face plate and bottom side of the top. The final result tips the scale under 6.5 ounces - a very lightweight and attractive billet aluminum unit.
The underside of the top plate also features four 10-24 NC threaded bosses to conveniently secure wiring and air lines for a clean packaged installation.
BONUS: Unless instructed otherwise, when you purchase the Switch Panel with the Butterfly Steering Wheel on the same order, the steering wheel base will be factory drilled and button holder installed.
