Jam Nuts — Grade 5 Plated Steel, RH & LH Thread
Jam nuts thread onto the shank of a rod end or tube adapter and lock the assembly in position after final adjustment. Half the height of a regular nut. Available in RH and LH thread configurations. Conveniently packaged in moderate quantities.

Nylock Nuts — Grade 5 Plated Steel, Full Height & Half Height
Nylon insert lock nuts provide vibration-resistant fastening. Full Height for tension or shear applications; Half Height for shear load applications where weight savings matter.

Safety Washers — Zinc Plated, CNC Machined
Safety washers (also called rod end washers) are used with rod ends and heim joints to prevent the ball of the rod end from pulling through rod end body should the body fail — a critical safety component for any suspension or steering linkage. The generous radius undercut allows for maximum rod end misalignment angle. May also be used as spacers on each side of the rod end. Precision CNC machined mild steel, gold zinc-plated for corrosion resistance. Made in USA

High Misalignment Bushings — 304 Stainless Steel, Sold in Pairs
These 304 stainless steel bushings serve as a spacer, reduce the bolt hole size through the ball, and increase the misalignment capabilities of rod ends — ideal for applications with extreme suspension travel.
Note: These are not compatible with FK Bearing brand or Aurora brand COM series rod end inserts.

Seals-It Rod End Washers — Sold in Pairs
Extends rod end life by sealing out dust, moisture, and foreign debris. Fits any style of rod end. Washer portion measures .063" thick. Sold in pairs — enough to outfit one rod end.

Chromoly Uni-Ball Weld Cups — 4130N, For Rod End Inserts
Pro-Werks uni-ball bearing cups are precision CNC machined from 4130N chromoly steel and accept most popular rod end inserts. The perfect solution for installing spherical bearings in applications that don’t require the adjustability of a threaded shank rod end. Designed for a light press fit. Retaining snap ring included. Tech Tip: Install a removable, snug-fitting heat sink into the bore during finish welding to prevent distortion.

Chromoly & Mild Steel Rod End Clevises — Weld-On
Pro-Werks formed rod end clevises provide a simple and strong fabrication solution when attaching a rod end to a tube is required. Chromoly can be welded to both mild steel and chromoly with the proper filler rod — always select chromoly for applications requiring ultimate strength. Made in USA
