These specialty turnlock fasteners feature an “over-center” design that requires positive sustained torque to unfasten — any minor vibration will tend to self-correct rather than loosen. Also known as TurnLoc, Camloc, Airloc, and Southco Dzus fasteners.

Pro-werks mild steel weld-on Dzus tabs are the foundation of your panel fastener system. Four styles available to suit different panel configurations and button types. Compatible with mild steel and chromoly chassis. Sold in packs of 10.

Aluminum Doubler Plates — Round & Square
Aluminum doubler plates prevent chafing and panel wear around Dzus fastener holes on fiberglass, carbon fiber, and aluminum panels. Dimpled for flat head buttons. 0.040" thick. Rivet holes: 1/8" dia., 0.435" center hole, 1-3/8" spacing. Sold in packs of 10.

What are Quarter-Turn Dzus fasteners?
The Dzus fastener, also known as a turnlock fastener or quick-action panel fastener, is a type of quarter-turn spiral cam lock fastener often used to secure skin panels on aircraft and other high-performance vehicles.
Dzus fasteners are also used to secure doors, and plates that require frequent removal for inspection and servicing.
These twist lock fasteners are unique with their "over-center" design, requiring positive sustained torque to unfasten. Any minor vibration disturbance to the fastener will tend to correct itself rather loosening.
These specialty turnlock fasteners are available in different styles and sizes, and are typically referred to by a manufacturer's trade name. Some of the most common are names used are Dzus, Camloc, and Airloc. (occasionally misspelled as Zeus fastener.)
